same problem here on an 2002 need same info

 

i ordered the 046 headlight adapter had the 042. wires all reversed. we'll see if that works.

It should be the same light adaper for those trucks. Double check all headlight adapters. Make sure that none of the plugs are plugged in upside down. (it is possible to do). Make sure they are plugged in the right order. If that checks ok try swapping relays.
