XV weld repairs

I'm good about service and inspection of our gear....
Yesterday while cleaning both of my 9/6 XV's I found broken welds on the lower push frames of both plows. Both were drivers side, both in the same spots, one had more broken welds and more severely spaced or separated. The fact they are broken doesn't really bother me,I know many have complained of Fisher quality, both plow 40+accounts it was bound to happen.

I ask any that have modified their XV with re-welds, added gussets or other strength/stiffeners post pictures if up they have them. Got one glued back together yesterday, the other is gonna take a little more....

Oh yeah..one is 3 years old, the other is 4. One on a F350 with a polycaster behind it, the others on a F550 with a concrete waste block in the bed. Both plow as much asphalt as they do gravel. Both have the extra weight of the curb guards hanging on the corners..

Any help is always appreciated:help:
