Upon further inspection It happened to both sides. With less than 6 hours on it, it has to be some sort of hydraulic issue extending rams out too far or an issue with pressure relief. It takes a massive amount of force to push over those bolts....

Try expanding the wings out until they meet where the bolts would have stopped them then go out and grab the wing and try to pivot it to scoop by hand. It's spring loaded and will take some force but it can be done. This should narrow it down to a pivot problem or a hydraulic pressure problem.
