Would the rubber deflector from an XV work on the same size XV2?

I see they have different part #'s, but not sure if that is just because they have different lettering on them. Anyone know if the bolt holes line up? Would it require trimming near the center (I think the XV2 has a wider center deflector but not positive).

You can always drill a couple more holes if that's the only difference. I can't see any reason it wouldn't work and for what fisher wants for one, I'd make it work but that's just me.
