I got the old style cable controlled western plow set up on my 75 chevy truck. I was wondering since finding a plow in good shape for this is hard to come by if a newer style unimount plow would work. Thanks, Kevin

not as a direct replacement.

You'd have to remount the entire thing, new mount, wires and controls

I was wondering about the same thing, I know that you would have to do some work, but would the convential mount A frame hook up to the unimount mount? I would have to either find a unimount lift frame or make my own for the pump and lights. IT would be cheaper for me to do that then buy a whole setup for the 500 dollar truck I just got I would think.
