I think one the wings on my 810 is messed up. When I extend it to the 10' straight position the drivers side wing is actually not straight with the moldboard, it is tipped back towards the truck. And when in the scoop position the inner part of the wing that is supposed to be up against the moldboard, there is about 1" gap. Any ideas as to what might wrong?? And How to fix. Just bought the plow in December 07

Look for a collapse in the torque box on the wing blade. Most likely on the bottom from what you are telling. Next would be taking it apart can inspecting the slide box.

810 Slideboxes are pretty stout, but the wing do collapse from time to time. A good metal fab guy can do the repair once but the next thing to fail will be the slide box.
