i have an 88 bronco with a 302 v8.i found a 7.5 ft. western power angle plow from an 89 f-150 for 500 bucks.it needs a contol assembly but i was wondering if the mount would hook right up to my bronc.would this plow be too heavy and how much are heavy duty springs?

i think it should work .when we use to run bronco's 7.5 was what we ran
we along put 2"longer front springs on .

It should be the same truck frame. Mount it with new bolts. A standard 7.5 should be fine it's the same suspension as the F-150 with a bit more weight on it (front axle) from more glass and steel in the Bronco. Just put Timbrens on the front bump stops they are about $160-ish.
