which plow?

    I'm kicking around the idea of putting a plow on my new 2015 terrastar 4x4 as of right now its a dedicated salt truck but which plow should I use? I have all western but was actually looking at the fisher xtreme v ss 9'6" what's everyone's thought thanks

    I am happy with mine. What I thought was abnormal wing action is actually considered normal. One side trails the other by a blink when using the one touch scoop or retract button. Very well built plows IMO.

    Only reason was thinking of fisher in this case is the trip edge on bottom I figured with all that weight behind plow would be a better setup I could be wrong

    Both western V and fisher are bottom trip.

    Same plow, more or less. But Fisher tends to cost a bit less..

    If you're looking for a plow that will last forever go with a fisher mc.Mine is 8 yrs old and looks like new.6 yrs on my inter 4700 and now 3rd season on my gmc c4500.Although I was thinking about upgrading to a blizz 8611 for the ultimate in productivity!

    I will stick with western or fisher just because that's what my dealer has besides western is the best I had to say it just because mark was busting balls

    You'll love the DXT once you get one...trip edge is so much nicer...
