what kind of front end in a 2003 f150

    looking at a 2003 F150 on the web and I cant find out what kind of suspension is in the front of them also Does it have a front solid axle.

    I know in 2004 they went to a modified strut and indepent axle with CVs.

    thanks for any help.

    tried to find it on the wikepedia page but couldnt figure it out..

    The heritage body style F150's have independent front suspensions that use torsion bars.

    I plowed with an 03 and it did a great job.

    Should have CV's too.
