What is causing this leak on my (new to me) Unimount?

I just bought this 8' straight blade Unimount. It is leaking some on the floor, and it appears to be coming from the vent looking thing in the picture. What is causing this?

I saw the plow function on the previous owner's truck, but I don't have mounts for mine yet so the plow is sitting in my shop.

Those two things in the top of the valve block are just drilling plugs. If you use an Allen key to pull them out you will find an O ring on them which is probably damaged or the plug is just loose.
