So far, a bearing on salt spreader, a hose, one soelonoid and a transmission shifter cable. This actually isn't too bad, becasue we have had quite a bit of snow, and most of my stuff is older.

o-ring in my plow pump blew out. Corrosion in my flatbed light wiring leaving me without parking lights through a night or two. That was all thanks to the 27 tons of salt that has been beating on it since December (I need a long chute)

I busted someones garge door:realmad:The driveway was all ice under the snow, I wasn't going fast or anything. I hit the breaks and didnt stop. Luckily I didn't dammage the cars or the house. $720.00 for a new one. Not bad i suppose, but I coulda done without that. I learned my lesson though, first season doing this and it won't happen again. The people were cool about it though, they understood it was an accident. I helped get their cars out and it was fixed the next morning.

I also had a bearing replaced in my driveshaft, but that needed to be done before i even started plowing. Also replaced a solenoid.

broke the bank for one. no snow
both upper pins on a western uni mount. they are welded in and had to torch them off.
the filter in the pump was clogged so the plow wouldn't work. good thing i hooked the plow up for old time sacks.
the radator is leaking i bought last year this time.
i wish i was making payup
there is always next year.:yow!::gunsfiring:

I know, I was just being sarcastic.

I've got a boss and I broke the pins in the main power plug, and a wire broke inside the hydraulic housing that I just re connected. Other than that nothing yet. Knock on wood!

I would have to plow more then 8 hours this season to have broken anything.
Now parts are a different story : Throttle positions sensor, MAP sensor, Idle air control fluids / filters, license plate lights. I have not made my parts money back yet.

One Milemarker Premium locking hub (Dana 60)

One weld on the older Boss V plow

    One Rad hose

One plow marker (cheap plastic gone brittle)

I think thats it. Total under $300.

After saturday night, the driveway 'broke', and my head.

Not sure how this happened, but I pull into my driveway and drop the blade, like i've done several times before, and BAM, so I kinda just lifted the blade and went to park.
That night, I was pulling OUT of my driveway, going maybe 2, 3 mph, and it hit another spot where the street meets the driveway, that one hurt more, head hit the ceiling and all.
It tore the hell out of the drive/street edge.
Only reason I can think, is maybe because I have no ballast, so when the front hits something, it kind of just nose dives into it?

When the land lord asks, I dunno nothin.

Maybe he'll plow it next time.

I broke 1 eyebolt for the trip spring, and 1 quick connect off the left hyraulic ram. Now that was a cold fix with an easy out, mapp torch, vice and 20 below windchill.

    Little Flashing Light

The only thing that broke so far is just the flashing light on top. It still spins, but no light. I will have to check it out later today. It was not expensive, but can you just change the light in them?
