I just take a notebook and mark down when I get there, services performed, and when I left. I also keep track of how many times I did the property.

I have sketches of the layout of each property I maintain. Things look a lot different when drives and walks are covered with snow. This saves me from doing any damage when plowinig.

Like Boss, i carry a a spiral notebook and just mark down who i did, what time i started and ended, what i did, and how much... I keep it pretty simple so it dosn't get confusing....
