What am I forgetting??

    going to talk to the guy selling a "turn key"plow business tonight. (again) was makin a list of question to ask was woundering if / what i'm forgeting???
    what he's payin for/ expences ?
    worker comp
    repairs and maintance
    Current employee?
    trustworthy? who wants to stay on if any?

    Contracts= 35 comercial acc
    signed contracts or handshake?
    where to push or remove?
    Time it take? he said 6 hrs with 5 trucks

    Billing cycle for accounts
    how often?
    who doesn't pay?

    What am I forgetting???

    Well your first section you should have anyways,doesn't matter if he had it or not.As for employees,can you take these lots on with your own? Or is this what your going to be starting with? You should have copies of all the contracts for ea lot,handshakes are worth zero. Takes him 6 hours you may take double that.

    What are you forgetting/ A lawyer and accountant.

    Have 3 employee already counting myself would need two or three more, I know the exp for the trucks I have and figuer that will at least triple

    I want to see the tax returns for the last 3 years.
    I want to see his books for the last 3 years (they better freaking match)

    I expect to have to sign a NDA to see these items.

    That's what I want to see first.

    if it's not in the tax return, it's not real.
