I have a wonderful vendor install plow through a state contract and no I have to deal with the problems. I have a 2010 ford that has two sets of fuses by the isolation module that keeps blowing fuse when i power the controller.
Any idea, I couldn't even find a schematic on Westerns site for this, I guess its to new?

Schematics are under the publications library.

Could be bad controller, bad iso mod, pinched or shorted wire.

    What plow?

If I understand what is being said correctly, you don't have an iso mod??? because you have a straight blade???, that would be false, ultra mounts all have iso mods, if you don't I'd start there to find your solution.

Earlier two plug Ultra mounts do not use an isolation module.

Western had issues with the hand held controller # 56462 last year, if this is one of those the wiring at the entry into the handle was crimped too hard and a short resulted. I'd start there.

The poll was just something I wanted to try, never saw one or used one.
