Hey guys, I'm trying to adjust because its not level & doesnt back drag very well. Problem is 1 bolt on each side that goes into the frame just spins & I've cranked alot on them, the're loose but won't come out. I have to take the bracket out to get the arms back into the frame.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your talking about the front bolt on the side plates there is a access hole to put a socket on if you take the stand shoe off. Not sure if that is what your talking about?
