I have an older western pro plow. Isarmatic Hyd system. When dropping the blade it drops very fast. What can I do to adjust this?

im not sure how old your plow is but if it the type i have .to adjust the drop on it, as you are looking @ the plow on the driver side there should be a little box on the side and the should be a set screw there, turn it in about 1/4 @ at a time that should do. i hope this helps

Is the set screw the same for a new Ultra mount. Just got it this year? Mine drops hard too.

my hydraulic box is 56365 and a flat head screw on top of the valves box is the "quill" and turning it in slows lower speed.
