i put a western relay on my 04 truck with meyer plow because it was all i had yesterday.
two large terminals, two small terminals.
hooked up battery to front terminal, motor to rear, and trigger wire to right small just like instructions said. nothing. i then hooked the jumper wire up from battery terminal to left small terminal like it said to do for cable system and still nothing.
does this sound like a bad relay, or am i just hooking it up wrong ?

If the solenoid did not work when the second small post was hooked to positive, try hooking it to negative instead.
Maybe your controller sends positive to activate.

Meyer solenoids usually are only 3 pins and ground through the metal base
