I own a 2003 Ford F350 6.0L. I found a complete 9ft Western Ultra Mount on a public auction, the plow is from a 2005 ford f350. My question, Would that plow fit my truck? Aren't the 05 fords the same as the 03's? Thanks

According to the western site the mount is different on the 03 & 05, I would call your local dealer just to confirm. Also the stock springs that were put on these are not rated for a 9' plow with the 6.0

03 leaf spring, 05 coil spring. Front mounts will be different.

No. The mouting brackets are completely different.

But if you can get the plow cheap enough, you can sell the mount and use that money to offset the cost of the right mount from the dealer
