all functions work fine except; when trying to lower plow, (joystick control) it seems like it is just a bit harder tomove than in any other position, give it a light tap and itll move but once it starts to move it really goes. I have replaced the shuttle and cam cable adjustment is ok all adjustments are factory spec. Any ideas? any help is appreciated.

15/16 nut on rear of unit. Loosen nut. Put allen wrench in set screw and turn it out 1/8 of a turn at a time. Tighten the nut again and try it. When it won't drop any more leave the control in down, loosen the nut slightly and slowly turn the allen IN. When the plow starts to drop tighten the nut and try it several times. The adjustment at this point takes very little movement of the setscrew in and out and tightening of the nut. Try several times after setting to verifty desired drop.

thanks, will try this weekend, let you know if it works:) was worried taht it was caused by the extra weight of the blade being widened from 7 to 8'

thanks for the info but it did not fix my problem, Is it possible that the casing is worn and the shuttle is cocking sideways a little, causing resistance to lower?
