Have the gray western 2" gray joystick electrical controller, and it must be sticking...

When going any direction it sometimes sticks, pull the wire back it works fine, does it sound like the joystick wire inside is bad? Pulled it apart and pulled wires back everything looked fine, must be just a fine little short inside controller, replace controller ?

Take it apart again, and blow it all out with compressed air. I Had a controller that didnt angle to the left, I did the above and it worked ok for a while. I would get a new controlller just incase.

Had a similar problem with my western mvp. MIne would not lift, every button in the controller would put plow into vee or scoop position. It wound up being a sticky valve in the pump. Go to western.com or your western dealer to find out which valve it could be.
