I have an Isarmatic III cable type unit. Im having a problem with the stud comming out of the motor that the hot lead hooks up to.
The copper stud is stripped and I cant get a tight connection on the hot wire. The plow works good for a minute and then it slows down and the connection gets very hot. The stud moves slightly back and forth .
I need to replace the stud inside the motor and cant find any documentation on the motor itself. Can anyone explain how to fix this please.I think it comes out with the brushes but am not sure. trying to get fixed before the snow flies.
    any input would be appriciated
