I have a Western 7'6" HTS plow for my Jeep and it always works fine. Went to try and move it in the garage and the latch won't budge once I get it ready to go on. Tried to lift the spring foot and it doesn't want to latch? I do see a zerk on the other side but I don't think I ever hit it with grease could the shaft be frozen? I soaked it where I could with PB blaster.I keep the thing clean and in indoors year around so it hasn't been neglected or maybe it has ?? Any ideas would be great !!! Thanks

The pin pulls out and usually lift up and it latches right on.Pull the pin and it won't budge
