I've had this binder for probably 10 years. I can't even remember where I got it - I think I found it at a tag sale. It contains application guides, service manuals, installation instructions, price lists, service bulletins, etc, etc. It's all original Western factory printed material - most of which was available to dealers only. I can't find any ripped pages, it all appears to be in great shape. Interesting stuff. The binder has 10 tabs:

    1) Box Numbers Parts & Prices
    2) Conventional Blade, A & Q
    3) Conventional Lifts & Mounts
    4) Conventional Hydraulics
    5) Unimount Plow Assembly
    6) Unimount Vehicle Mount Assembly
    7) Spreaders
    8) Accessories
    9) General Information
    10) Major Components
    11) Repair
    12) Conventional Mechanics Guide
    13) Solenoid Mechanics Guide
    14) Unimount Mechanics Guide
    15) Sales and Service Bulletins

A cool piece of Western history. I've had it sitting in a file cabinet for years and re-discovered it recently. Being as it hasn't seen the light of day in many years, I figured maybe someone else could use it. I have no clue what it's worth - I've never seen one before.

If interested, make an offer. Even if not interested, but you have an idea on what a fair price may be please let me know you thoughts. eBay may be the best place for something like this, but I figured I'd start here first.

it's definitely more of a curiosity than anything else. not something your going to use in a shop today - or i guess you could if your working on older stuff. it's a piece of nostalgia i guess - that's why i figured this might be more of an eBay item. the most recent date i see in it after quickly thumbing through it is 1998. some of service bulletin dates go back to the mid 80s.

at the end of the day it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it (like anything else). xgiovannix - shoot me an offer. don't worry about offending me. worst i can say is no or shoot you a counter offer... pm me if you like, or throw a number out here.

Did the binder ever find a new home? If not I would be intersted in giving it a home where it would get put to use. Mike
