Hi Milwaukee,

I noticed that you have added a signature to your posts, its a great idea. There seems to be a lot of ignorant people around. I think you are communicating quite well and I personally have no difficulties understanding you. Is it really that difficult to gain employment due to your hearing impairment? Thats a shame. Well I am some what new to the now plowing world but we our having a successfull year so far. We are not new to the landscaping business so I guess we are just building on existing skills. I would be happy to assist you in anything you may need that I can assist with or answer and I know from the help that Ive receieved here from others, most people here are great and happy to offer what ever they can.

Take care, and remember hard work always (eventually) pays off.....

Well for signature I thought will use later but notice many members don't know that I am deaf so thought thread was not enough because no one ever check that until they are bored so I add this signature.

For job in Michigan they are worse state that close tons of job plus all peoples watch job post on craiglist. That person who post wanted job on craiglist. In 1 day he got 300 calls. Almost all people who post that got 200 to 500 call. Plus found some job when you call them then I told his that I am deaf then they say sorry we are full now.

S I thought about work for my city. They told me they frozen on hire people now because budget problem. Then I thought work for Detroit. They are strict they want anyone with ton of experience plus have certification then they will hired. But I have see many people work there not maintance correct or abuse equipment. I am try call Detroit of City but they are close now because holiday. Here link http://www.ci.detroit.mi.us/HR_Jobs/JobListings/default.asp

I could get job easy if I live near Alpena or Travser city.

But I am try get job so I can replace brake system then new tires then change manual transmission to 5 speed to save gas. Then look for good snow plow for f150

It was very small company that start several years ago but they try grow business until gas price cause problem but they still have another company's rent those with their driver because that how they run company with their own driver with truck work for another company who need thing to deliver.

here pictures what it look like.

I use those very lot plus know how to use. It best front loader because it have limit slip diff

His tractor truck but I think he have 6 tractor truck but most they never stay his company because everyday it go to different place. That one was sent to his friend for rebuilt diesel because broke rocker for valve it was junk FRAM oil filter.

His tractor it almost exact to my ford 601. I use those very much than front loader because it alway used by grumpy man. It was ok but it have clutch slip when you in 5 gears.

His case forklift I use those for lift thing but one time it broke hydraulic hose it was me but my Boss not mad but he knew it was leak when I start work for his. I think it leak when he bought from garden store. It very junk it cost 5,000 dollars but He could find best one on computer but he never use computer now I wish he start use computer so he could find good equipment.

Last pic. You be surprise how long it get me mow his yard with john deer GTX335 with 54 inches mower deck it got me straight 5 hours. I did almost 10 times for his.

My job was more general job. Too many list but most is mow grass, lift thing to another place if grumpy man not here, wash tractor truck, and repair some basic but if serious need rebuilt engine or transmission he ask his friend to do that since no time for fix on his company.

I do enjoy work for his but wage is very low that no one would accept that job until they really need job. I say it about $7.50 per hours so it hard job but I can't say I quit or demand more money since I thought I f I say that then he could fired me.

welcome Milwaukee...............I have a fellow on one of my Yahoo groups that had a severe stroke a couple of years ago.....He has a real hard time typing and forming his sentences etc.........but he really tries and we understand that.

You mentioned about a 5 speed in your truck to save gas..........I have found in my experience that it isn't worth the cost. A lot of other things have to be changed at the same time to make it work.....gears, cam, etc.........just thought I would mention it. Most 4x4s are pigs on gas.........just something we live with.

Then I must find way to keep gas mpg but I am not that person who drive manic because it will wear out things.

I feel it get 15 mpg to me. I pay almost 90 dollars I alway pay 20 dollars every time refuel but it never full tank because I heard it use more gas so I keep half of tank. I put almost 350 to 400 miles on that. Engine is 4.9l 300 it is 6 incline engine. I couldn't believe it have much power.

For job I want like landscape or mechanic or things that is machine instead seat in office and write paper or check on computer is bored me plus can't stay same place it due my back.

My mom's family have lot problem health. They are obese, diabetic, short term memory, and OCD. I do have OCD it very not serious but sometime it get worse like I demand get that 1989 F450 with flat bed that have 351 rebuilt engine was sale for 400 dollars it look best than another one for 1,000 dollars so My Dad came to tell me no Dullay or flat bed or stake bed. He say you must pick Ranger or f150 if not then I am not allow you sneak buy it. Well I lost that deal but very :crying: why you couldn't find that deal in your life. I wish I bought but it really almost came but owner told it stuck behind car but 1 day later my Dad got phone call from owner say will bring truck then he was very very surprise like he drop his mind then get angry with me I thought you will show me before buy and I say no dullay or f250 or up.
