    can any onegiveme an opinion as to what the horsepower rating would be for a dodge 383 with a comp cam racing cam, double valve springs, true double roller timing chain, dual exhaust, planed heads, edelbrock performer rpm intake, edelbrock 750 cfm carb and has 10:1 compression ratio?

    It's really hard to guess,without exact cam and head specs,but I'd say roughly 3-400 HP,depending on how it's setup and tuned.
