Hi , I live in Montana I have provided service for over 20 years I'm wondering what the average eveyrone has to pay for help. Sidewalk crews, four wheeler operators, snow plow drivers (truck versus loaders). What are these positions worth? Do most people pay hourly or salary. Do you pay over time? Do you pay for clothing? These are not my regular people, but rather people that are on call and seasonal for snow. Would appreciate all input. Thanks.

Montana wages in general are LOW (like 30% less) compared to everywhere else.
