Got the call and email yesterday afternoon. Hi please bid on the HD distribuition center. Bids due Wednesday morning and you are 100% liable for slip and falls. Oh and no salt on concrete, no exceptions.

Nothing has changed there I see....

No chemical of any kind on concrete, or just salt? Odd customer requirement.

If you can't do it or are disinterested, don't bid on it.

Tricky, to say the least. Bid accordingly, be careful!! Make sure your insurance agent is in good health!

I am confused, doesn't HD sell sidewalk salt? Do they not practice what they preach?

I personally think pepper works better. Man this thread has slid to exactly where it is appropriate.
