Got a call from US Maintenance today for snow removal at a Rite Aid . Anyone dealt with this company before? How quickly do they pay? Anyone use the automated phone line for invoicing. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Do a search here, 98% negative, other 2% positive. I work for them been okey. Most important use the aiv call in and write down the confirmation #. Get in the practice as soon as you complete service do the call in.

There are many, many threads about US Maint. Use the Search feature on the gray bar above, type in "US Maintenance", grab a cup of coffee and have several hours to read horror stories.

If its a big site the paper work would be worth it. If its smaller then, the amount of bs is not worth it.

We are not working with USM this season. There was a slip and fall and the insurance company (on USM's side) dragged their feet until this month to start talking to mine. The crazy thing is both insurance companies are owned by the same parent company. Not happy at all with USM's response time/ communication.

As for this years plowing contract has anyone who is doing work for them run into any problems getting their insurance company to fill out a cert of Insurance? The waiver of subrogation can be very dangerous.

Why would you need USMs cert of insurance? Its your insurance that is liable when your onsite to plow one of their properties. Maybe im confused, enlighten me :)
