I was at the local farm and fleet tonight and saw 3/8 hydraulic hoses. I was wondering if anybody has upgraded from 1/4 to 3/8 hose for the rams on a old style cable operated plow. If so any pictures? and any improvements speed wise?

Stay with the 1/4 inch hoses, going to 3/8 will slow the system down though not by much. Also a 1/4 hose has a higher burst pressure then a 3/8. I don't see any benefits or improvements.
