A buddy of mine wants to place a Meyers plow on his 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 quad cab CTD. Can he use the older trucklite plow lights on his truck?

If they're the version that has the 12 pin head light switch then you could use them as you can still get some of the adapters for the old Trucklites but they're rather obsolete.

But I wouldn't recommend using them on the newer Dodges, as they have enough problems dealing with connecting add on plow headlights to them due to the extra electrical resistance that the lights add to the lighting circuits. .

You'd be much better off using the current Night Saber lights that use the modules to control and isolate the added lights... much less chance of electrical problems that way.
