hey guys hopefully someone can help me out, I'm having troubles with the right side of a western ultramount on a 04 f350, the right side isn't working on both truck and plow.
I've disconnected from the harness and plug directly to the truck and bulb works, also I've tested the harness on the side where plugs to the module and got power, but when harness is conected to the module there's not power on the where plugs to the truck bulb, also checked on the plow not getting power there too, also i connected the plow light to the battery and works it seems like no power came out from module, fuses are fine.
    Left side works properly
    Anyone got same trouble?

There is power on the truck side,I've unplug the harness and plug directly to the truck bulb and works and then re plug the harness and check the other end of the harness where plugs to the module and got power there, but I plugged the module and power isn't coming from the module right side only
For both truck and plow light, left light works properly.
I opened the plow light to check if works directly to the battery and does works.

Sounds like a problem with the B/C harness, possibly at the connector going to the factory harness

So you have power going into the module at the correct pin, but nothing coming out? Both low and high beams?

    Can we narrow this down?

If it's a 4 port, switch the plugs at ports 3 and 4. Then tell us what happens.

Is there a configuration plug in the #1 harness?
