Tracking services

    How do U track services for each plow/driver? I've got 5 people that I've got to track all the services they do for, at times, different customers during any given event. Alot of times people "cross over" and help other drivers by doing their normal customers assigned. I do this so that we have team work and efficiency b/c during the course of the evening certain drivers maybe available in that area. Thing is, at th end of the month I end up with a bunch of jumbled up log sheets w/ 10 diiferent customers for whom that driver plowed 1/2 of which where supposed to be done by somebody else anyhow.

    If you use Nextel there GPS enabled phones have tracking services you can buy wick keep track of all who have Nextel's and are on the plan.

    I'm not really sure where your problem is. Is it in invoicing your customers or is it in paying your subs. At any rate. Even though we have route sheets, we fill out a work order for each job done. This includes time in, time out materials used, route name, customer name, drivers name, ect. I seperate them by customer for invoicing, then by driver to pay my subs. This also helps if there are any calls regarding accounts
