I am seriously considering picking up a toro 3650. Our old 2 stage is just falling apart and never worked that great anyway. We only have a couple of our residential cutting customers that want there snow taken care of plus our own place. Very very rarely do we get anything over 12' here and our average storm is maybe 2-6. We just got back from hand shoveling 4" of sleet with thin layer of ice on top. It just about killed us. The very first one we pull up to the neighbor had an electric toro in this heavy slush and it did a fantastic job. Thats what made me think for what we need it for a 3650 would be perfect for us.

So what do you guys think?

the toro 3650 is a beast. It handles everything we throw at it and is very mechanically sound. Don't bother with the electric start though, ours always starts on two pulls.
