I just bought a Toro 2450 snow thrower and had a few questions!
    1. How does it do with wet snow?
    2. Do those of you that own one like it?
    Thank you!

We run 7 Toro snowblowers 4 3650 almost identical to the 2450 1 Snow commander and 2 new Power Clears. They do OK in heavy snow. If the snow is heavy and deep you are much better off with a 2 stage blower. All of our guys prefer to use them over the 2 stage blowers. They are lighter easier to handle and do a good job on most snowfalls. We have found out that the Snow Commander is not used as much because it is heavier and harder to maneuver. Our 2 stage blowers only come out in snow deeper than 10 inches. We replace our paddles and cutting edges at least once a year for best performance on the 2450 along with 3650 watch out for the plastic sides they will break if the blower is abused or used to try to clear frozen snow banks etc.The new Power Clears have steel sides along with a few other design changes, time will tell if they are good or not.
