Trying to consolidate my top 4 most profitable cities to focus on for residential snow removal business. I'm NYC based but looking to expand to provide residential snow plow services to 4 markets for winter 20/21. Any advice on top 4 cities?

How is anyone going to know what the most profitable city is before
    A) the season happens, and
    B) Without having An established business/ clientele in that city
There’s guys doing more than a million in snow in Detroit just like there are in New York
Btw, you’re starting pretty late if you want to establish business for 20-21 unless you’re just going to work as a sub

The most profitable way is the NSP model...line up a bunch of work, hire a bunch of dont-know-any-better subs then keep all the money for yourself and loose the contract after 1 season. Start a new business with same model the next year and repeat.

Feel like Boston market has been oversatruated with subs/plowers in general in the past years. Love NJ suburbs, just wish it snowed liked Rochester

Too many guys offering unlimited resi trips for $99 to be able to make any money in this town. Economy in Ra Cha Cha blows, everyone seems to shop by price...... whether it's plowing, landscaping, auto repair or a plumber..... cheap wins out 99.9% of the time.

I gave up my contracts a long time ago....... not worth trying to do it right and be outbid by hacks looking for nothing more than beer money.
