    Anyone know how large of tries i can get on a 1981 k30 1 ton
    No lift as of yet, but the lt235/85r16 seems to have a good 6-8 inches of room to the top of the wheel well...

    SRW or DRW truck? If it's a DRW, you'll be limited more by tire width than height because you don't want the sidewalls of the rear tires rubbing.

    Check the post 33" tires. Similar question. I wouldn't go bigger than about 30 or 31 inches if I were you.
