I need to know if anyone has ever set up a "stopwatch" of sorts on your sanders? I am trying to keep track of the total time that the spreader runs at a job site by truning on when the sander switch is turned on, and off when the sander is turned off. I have used a stopwatch in the past, and it works o.k, but that is just something else in your hand to deal with. What I am looking for is a device that will hook into the switch of the sander. The only thing that I can think of is an hour meter for an engine. This would not work because I need minutes and seconds, and it also needs to be able to reset to zero at the end of the job. Any Ideas?????
