can fluid film be cut with any thing to be easier to spray?

We don't normally recommend cutting Fluid Film, because all you are doing is thinning out the properties, but if you have to I'd recommend vegetable oil.

I hope you're not trying to put it into a pump sprayer? That will be an issue. Fluid Film needs to be sprayed using an undercoating gun or paint sprayer. It could also be applied by roller or brush.
