Yep, sure can. Just swap 'em right out.

2500 coils will actually give you 1 1/2" of lift up front and 3500 diesel coils will give a 1500 2" of lift. But without the plow on it will be a stiffer ride up front.

I had one spring for a 3500 diesel, I broke the other one.

I put 3500 diesel springs and 2 inch spacers in my 1500 last fall, rides a little stiff without the plow on, I'll try and get some pics

You don't for a 2500 to 1500 swap. When I changed my 3500 diesel springs out for a set of SuperCoils I installed new Bilsteins as well, you know, since I had it all torn apart.
The Bilsteins were the same model number as we use with stock springs. The coils aren't any bigger, they just don't compress as much with a plow on the front.

Nice. Isn't a Dodge Snowplow Option the springs you ordered, a 160 amp alt and a tranny cooler along with an extra battery?

    Easy enough.

I orderer the 039-038 springs for my 2500 diesel and it lifted it 1.5 inches. I didn't have the plow package originally and these are the plow springs. The coils did mic a bit larger and I didn't notice any difference in ride. But, that was a 2500.
