I know this sounds crazy. We have had about 4 bad winters in a row. It seems no one has the ability or know how to run this type of business down here. I really would like to give it a shot. I have a business that takes care of 10,000 customers. I have been doing it for years. I just thought about doing this and was wondering what some thoughts may be. Thanks

Is 4 years a big enough sample size to merit purchasing equipment? Maybe it is but that's entirely up to you. I'd be worried about purchasing equipment and then have mother nature realize that it's not supposed to snow in Georgia and there you are with all this equipment not making you any cash.

You would be able to charge premium prices that's for sure.
