    No Problem.

It's a dump body and you just have the hydraulics upside down... :mechanic:

I'm not sure, but I bet the lift had something to do with it. :D

You need a heavier toolbox, it'll bend right back into place then.

hope that salter wasnt full or the salt still in bags at the rear.

thats a big no no :nono: to pick up a truck with weight hangin off the back like that.

and its a good idea to check the basic condition of the frame rails first in that area.

i have seen some get up in the air then the rust starts dropin and as your lookin at the rust the back hinges down like that.

i never do like pickin up fords with a-symetrical lifts. there frame bracket placement and frame goes up to fast just behind the cab to get a good set. so if i had to i always try and set the rear first on the spring eye at the hanger then go for the best spot on the front of the frame with the short arms.

hate to say it but non-a-symetrical lift is much better lift for ford trucks and any big suv/truck to begin with. this opinion from 10+ years in a shop with 7 lifts.

So one of my "lovely" employees decided to lift the truck with 2500lbs of salt in the back, guess he learned his lesson since now his punishment is hand shoveling in this storm for 12+ hours.

All i can say is wow. And I'm surprised his only punishment is shoveling. He's lucky he's still got a job.

sounds like its time to install a power lockout switch setup on that unit so this dont happen anymore. he is lucky he wasnt under it and get hurt with the truck fallin off the lift.

i know your insurance would NOT be happy.

That is fixable though. My Chevy frame broke in half at the frame horns. I mean in half. Fixed it in a weekend. Better than new.:mechanic:
