some questions on my 2500hd

    hey guys im new to the site after looking for some questions i had i came across this site. first i have an 04 2500 HD reg cab 6.0L. question one i have 285/75/16 general grabber 2's on the truck(like a BFG all terrain) with the tbars cranked....i wanna get some new shocks. was gonna go with some bilsteins 5100 unless anyone wants to recommend another since i have a heavy car trailer and tow alot. my question is should i go with a 0'' stock height shock or 2'' higher shock.2nd question im up to 84k and was gonna do a trans filter and fluid change( just a pan drop) and recommends on fluids u guys like additives( lucus) or wat not. any help would be great right now thanks

    Your brand thoughts are right on the money. Go with the 2" extended length as they work best with a T-bar adjustment in the long run.

    I replaced my shocks with Monroe and was happy. As for fluid, I replaced it with exactly what it came with: Dextron III.
