I have an older snoway 25 series plow on my 95 Bronco.

The down drift on the blade will not work without the down pressure switch on?

How many amps is normal to draw on this plow? Lifting the the blade will draw enough current to sometime kill the engine? Is my Motor going bad?:

I would clean all the electrical connections first. Make sure you have a good ground too.

The battery doesn't have enough "depth" to handle the extra load.
