i have a drive and a walkway that drifts in real bad on a regular basis that i do for my mom. sometimes the drift is 4 feet tall along the walk.
anyone ever use any snow fence to cut down on the drifting??and how far away should you put it??i am guessing as far as possible.

thanks for any input, it is greatly appreciated.
pretty hard to snow when its 70 degrees.

speedracer241, I grew up in SW Iowa (Stanton) and snow fences were pretty common. Usually, they were on the uppermost point about 100 feet to the North into the field from the road. If you don't have that far, just set back as far as possible leaving about 20 ft for snow to build up on the other side of the fence.
