Small engine governor question

    I am not familiar with governors on small engines at all, I wanted to know if this looks correct. The motor is a 2 hp Briggs horizontal that runs awesome, mounted to a old Gorman-Rupp 2" baffle mud pump. I am not sure if the governor linkage is correct, any help.
