I am thinking of buying a Skid steer that has tracks on it not tires. Does anyone have any knowlege of the traction that the tracks have when pushing? I use a s205 now with rear chains and have no trouble. How will tracks do?

I have a friend that has two skid steers one with tracks and one with out and he plowes with the track machine, I asked him about it and he loves tracks, good traction and if you push over a curb you don't get your wheels hung up on the curb. also if there isn't a lot of frost it doesn't rut up lawns. You just can't turn hard on clean pavement.
