I'm working on a 1993 GMC Sierra C2500 flatbed. Anyone know where the brake relay is located?

Do you mean for the brake lights? If so, there's isn't one. The brake lights are fed directly from the stop lamp switch on the brake pedal, through the turn signal switch and to the rear lights.
