Could someone tell me how many 50 lb bags of calcium maginesum mix it would take to salt 4500 sf of sidewalks. Based on applying after 3" of snow is cleared. I know it wpuld be much more in an ice event. The property is a senior center, so it would have to be very clean. Thanks Andrew Also what do you guys charge per bag to apply?

We use calcium chloride flake, I checked the bag and looked for their recommended application then I ran thru some of job costing and this is the formula we use

    C/C 4500sf

    @ 15sf per lb = 6.00 bags

    @ 26sf per lb = 3.46 bags

    @ 40sf per lb = 2.25 bags

    @ 55sf per lb = 1.64 bags
