Brought home my new to me F550 in the rain today, put the dump bed up when I got home and as rain dripped on the rear pumpkin it was making steam.

Now it wasn't hot or untouchable, just warm to the hand. Is this normal? I was completely empty, no weight no towing. I never touched the top of a pumpkin before obviously since I dont have any other dump beds

Warm is normal. But since you just bout it, good time to do a fluid change on everything.
