Shoes needed on 8'2V?

    I bought a 3yr. old Steel 8'2 V & it didn't come with any shoes. I was wondering if they are needed for this plow?
    I will be plowing blacktop driveways mainly.

    no we dont use them plowing because it does a better job. i put them on to take the plow off tho

    Maybe why the poster said they put the shoes on when removing the plow??? That's what I am wondering.

    I would say that it depends are you doing alot of gravel driveway type stuff if yes then maybe only the first or second time of the season but after that you shouldnt have a problem
